The English Setter is a large size dog that can grow to a height of 25 inches and weigh from 50 to 70 pounds. There are two types of English Setter – the show dog and the field dog. The Show dog is about 25 percent larger than the field dog.
The English Setter is a great dog for family and is very friendly. Both types of the English Setter love the outdoors and does well with a lot of exercise.
