The bloodhound is a easily recognizable dog thanks to it’s use in movies and tv shows as a tracking/detective dog used by police. The bloodhound is a large size dog that is good nature and easy going. It is very affectionate and gets along with everyone. Despite the misconception that they’re easy to train, they are difficult to train.
The bloodhound can get along with other dogs but can be a bit shy. A common trait of bloodhounds is that they also tend to slobber. It will do well with a family that can attend to it’s needs.
